With **three spacious bedrooms** plus a **loft** and **3.5 bathrooms**, Camp Castle Wood comfortably accommodates up to **12 guests**. The open-concept living and dining area boasts high ceilings and warm wood accents, creating a classic cabin vibe that's ideal for gathering and unwinding.

Two space heaters are located outside~ propane is not guaranteed to be stocked, we recommend bringing your own 5gallon propane tank!

Other things to note:

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.

- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)

- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.

- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
