Owner of The Bear Cabins Owner & Founder of The Bear Cabins

Jaci is the owner and founder of The Bear Cabins, launched in 2020 after beginning as a vacation rental owner herself. What started with managing her own property grew into helping other owners improve their guest experience, systems and operations. Today, Jaci oversees The Bear Cabins’ overall strategy, technology, pricing systems and owner experience. The company operates with a remote management structure supported by trusted local cleaning, inspection and maintenance teams in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Under her leadership, The Bear Cabins has earned more than 120 five star Google reviews and continues to focus on responsive service, strong systems and hands on property care for both guests and owners.

Caitlyn

Office Manager of The Bear Cabins

Caitlyn is the Office Manager for The Bear Cabins and plays a huge role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She juggles guest questions, listing optimization, local cleaning and maintenance coordination, and the day-to-day details that keep each property operating at its best. With years of experience and a talent for multitasking, Caitlyn helps connect the dots between guests, vendors, and the rest of the team. She cares deeply about the guest experience and always works to make sure both our properties and our guests are well taken care of.

Andrea Rountree

Guest Relations with The Bear Cabins

Andrea is an important part of our guest relations team, helping make sure every guest has a smooth experience from booking through checkout. She assists with the booking process, helps guests access the property, and makes sure their needs are taken care of throughout their stay. Andrea strives for excellence in every interaction and holds a high standard for guest care. Her goal is to make sure each guest feels supported, welcomed, and well taken care of from start to finish.
