Opened in 2017, the Hochatown Saloon is the center of the action in this charming small town of just over 200 people.

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there is never a bad time to visit the Hochatown Saloon, but the weekend is definitely the life of the party.

With both indoor and outdoor seating, live music every weekend, a dance floor that invites everyone to get up and move, and a menu that offers something for even the pickiest of eaters, the Hochatown Saloon is the place for all!

After 9 pm, the Saloon becomes a live music venue. Swing by on a Friday or Saturday night to enjoy live music and a night of dancing with friends or family – or make friends with a local!

Admission

Admission to Hochatown Saloon is free most of the time with the exception of Friday and Saturday nights when the saloon becomes a live music venue.

After 9 pm, most of the tables disappear, and nearly the whole restaurant becomes a dance floor! General admission varies in price depending on the performance and grants partygoers with standing room. VIP admission also scores you a table, so you have somewhere to sit when you need a break from dancing!

*Keep in mind that if you are visiting with anyone under the age of 21 after 9 PM on Friday or Saturday when the music starts, you must purchase a VIP ticket.

Classic American and Southern Cuisine

After a day of working up your appetite on Broken Bow Lake or in Beaver Bend State Park, the Hochatown Saloon will answer the call. If you couldn’t tell already, the Hochatown Saloon is not your average pub. They put their own spin on Southern favorites like Calf Fries (battered and fried with the house sauce on the side), fried okra, John Wayne Nachos, and the famous Saloon Cut Prime Rib. But when in doubt, you can’t go wrong with the deep-fried catfish. It’s an Oklahoma classic!

You also can’t go wrong with fueling up for a day of adventure with a Hochatown Saloon breakfast. Early risers can enjoy a variety of yummy options like the very berry French toast and the saloon omelet, while folks arriving after 10 AM are spoiled with brunch. Offering all the best of both breakfast and lunch, brunch is a great option for groups who can’t decide between eggs and a burger. When in doubt, get both.

Weekend Events and Live Music

While there is never a bad time to visit the Hochatown Saloon, you should visit on a Friday or Saturday night if you are trying to break in those dancing shoes.

Every weekend night, the kitchen closes around 8 PM, and tables start disappearing to make room for the dance floor. Security will also start checking to make sure people have admission tickets for the show so if you don’t have one yet and want to stick around, this is when you’ll have to buy them! You can also buy them online ahead of time for a smoother transition.

Enjoy some country classics as the crowd starts getting ready for live music. By 10 PM, it’s showtime! Plenty of fast-rising stars, like Bryan Martin, have rocked this stage and the dance floor is always packed with die-hard fans and new listeners alike. Who knows, you might just find your next favorite artist!

Be sure to check out Hochatown Saloon’s event calendar to see who’s playing during your visit. On nights without a performance, the saloon keeps up its lively atmosphere with a DJ that keeps that good times rolling until the doors close at 2 AM.

Looking for something extra special? Considering making a reservation for bottle service so your group can party in style.

Good news if you didn’t pack your three piece suit – there is no dress code at the Saloon! However, classic Western wear is a celebrated fashion choice here and one that ensures you’ll blend in like a local. In fact, don’t be surprised if you find yourself in a sea of cowboys and cowgirls!

Not only do cowboy boots make it easier to line dance, but it makes you look cooler doing it! Cowboy hats, flannel shirts, and boot cut jeans are just some of the many styles you’ll come across at Hochatown.

Don’t have any western wear to choose from? Don’t worry about it! But if those snazzy outfits are really calling to you, head to Sharpe’s for all your western needs. You may just discover a new favorite pair of boots!
